JeppView Charts and Procedures To Scale in every Phase of Flight

In a unique combination, FMS and flight guidance of a navigation units are merged with the chart display of a tablet-PC. FMS procedures such as SIDs, STARs and APPROACHes are overlaid as True Scale Procedures over the underlying charts, such as Enroute Charts and Terrain Charts, and so make a IFR-VFR transition real easy. All procedures can be linked to the autopilot.
Position is instantly ensured on every procedure and map. Curves and radii of the procedures are adjusted to the speed of the aircraft.
The verified NAV-data is available together with JeppView as a regular update in the 28 day AIRAC-cycle.

FMS
All waypoints of a routing with further information are listed. In combination with MT-BlitzPlan automatically generated routings are filled into MT-FMS by the touch of a button. The route can be displayed on different charts as well as isolated in the dedicated mode. Speed, time, course and distance to next waypoint and to destination are computated automatically.
Moving Terrain: the unique combination of VFR and IFR
The philosophy behind the combination
Everything necessary for flying a combined IFR/VFR mission displayed at a glance on a single display – individual charts, and databases information.

Location-Independent
You can prepare your flight and study your charts at home. Prepared for flight, you only have to snap the unit into the aircraft's quick release chassis.
You gain time and safety
Now you can see the flight path precisely to scale on the moving map for maximum position awareness.
Always a challenge: The IFR Pickup
Do you always find the nearest IFR Pickup Point on the VFR chart at a glance when starting from an non IFR airfield?
Yes. The VisionAir combines the Airway Chart with the underlying VFR Map.
The exact knowledge of the terrain flown over during the IFR-approach is a further advantage.
